Kelly does an excellent job and is very personable. others I had mixed results, some really good, and occasionally a "well no one will notice in a few weeks". generally a pretty decent haircut for an acceptable price. 1-3 pm usually has no wait but other times can be painful. I recommend using their on line checkin shstem
